In addition to being required to adhere to all relevant laws, rules and regulations, as
imposed by the SEC, FINRA and other Self Regulatory Organizations, Michael is also
a member of several professional organizations like the Society of Financial
Services Professionals (SFSP), the Financial Planning Association (FPA), the
CFA Institute and the Boston Security Analysts Society (BSAS).
The Code of Ethics for the CFA Institute is probably the best summary
